Bellaire Foodie Fest:
Restaurant & Beverage Vendor Registration

The Bellaire Business Association is hosting our annual Bellaire Foodie Fest on Saturday, September 26th, 2026. Up to 650 attendees will sample a variety of delicious eats and beverages, brush up on their chef skills with a lineup of cooking demonstrations, listen to live music, and more!

Restaurant donor recognition includes:

  • Logo placement on the event poster & flyer

  • Logo placement on the event website

  • Restaurant spotlight highlighting restaurant concept and offerings on dedicated event e-blast covering restaurant participants with a website or social media links

  • Mentions in press releases sent to media before and after the event

  • Verbal recognition during the event

  • Two server badges for employees working the event

  • Two tickets for the restaurant owner’s personal use​​

  • Handwash setup with water, soap, and paper towels

  • Sanitizer test strips and appropriate chemical sanitizer 

The restaurant donor agrees to be responsible for:

  • Participant form must be submitted by June 30, 2026

  • Apply for a Harris County temporary event permit through the Harris County Public Health Food Establishment Application Portal and submit to BBA representative prior to Foodie Fest event day. Failure to provide permit will result in immediate dismissal from the event.

  • Per Harris County Health Department Regulations, all Temporary Event Operators must provide:

    • hair nets and gloves for food handlers​

    • temporary event operator permit visible to participants

    • working food thermometer 

    • three-bucket system labeled for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing cooking and serving utensils

  • Provide food/drink samples for approximately 600 attendees for the duration of the event

  • Provide staff to prepare and serve food items

  • Set up your restaurant serving table/area

  • Provide serving utensils, plates/serving containers, napkins, plastic forks, knives, chafing dishes, and any brochures or flyers for participant table/area

  • Participants may not sell beverages or novelty items of any kind

  • Provide logo in vector format (.eps or .svg)

  • Promotional support at business locations (event poster, flyers, check presenter inserts) and on social media (optional but strongly encouraged)
